Repair & renovation
Living-space rebuild
Hidden rot and floor damage were repaired before the room received new doors, flooring, paint, custom drawers, and finish details.

Project scope
Repair first. Finish second.
The project began with rotted structural material near the exterior wall. The damaged band board and sill plate were replaced, several floor joists were repaired or replaced, and the full subfloor was renewed before finish work began.
The existing French doors were replaced, a rear-wall window air-conditioning opening was closed, a room-dividing door was removed, and the living space was finished with new LVP, baseboard, paint, an electric fireplace, and custom-built drawers.
